No specification gaps

When we manufacture your panels and install them, the spec is the same document from start to finish. No translation errors between fabrication drawings and installation crew.

Residential & light commercial

At 0.022" nominal, 26ga is the standard for residential metal roofing and light commercial work. Lighter weight makes it easier to handle on the job. Most standing seam and snap lock profiles are available in both 24ga and 26ga — ask us what's right for your span.

Panel FAQs.

What's the maximum panel length you can roll-form?
We can roll-form panels up to 40 feet in a single run. For most residential and light commercial projects, that means zero field cuts — panels run full length from eave to ridge, which speeds up installation and eliminates potential leak points at lap joints.
Standing seam panels use a mechanical seaming tool to lock the seams after installation — this creates a tighter, more watertight joint and is preferred for lower-slope applications and commercial projects. Snap lock panels click together without a seaming tool, making them faster to install and a great fit for residential work and steeper-pitch roofs. Both use concealed fasteners and look nearly identical from the ground.
We stock 40+ standard colours in Kynar 500 PVDF coating. For colour matching to an existing product, send us a sample or the manufacturer’s colour code and we’ll do our best to match it from our available range. Custom colour runs are available at higher volumes — call us to discuss.
Yes — send us your drawings or roof dimensions and we’ll prepare a complete material list including panels, trim, fasteners, and accessories. It’s a free service for trade account holders and a great way to make sure nothing gets missed before your order is placed.
